About us

USMA is a youth association founded in Caselle in 1963. It now has over 780 members from all backgrounds and nationalities, residing in the province of Padua, and employs a staff of about 70 collaborators.
The association’s activities involve many sectors and concern all possible dimensions and interests of the youth world: from sport to cultural and musical activities; from international cooperation to social inclusion; from individual rights to combating racism and bullying. From the protection of health to the concrete commitment to achieve the goals of sustainable development at a local level.
USMA has shared its experience in the youth sector with both public and private partners at a local, national and international level and together with them has carried out some important European projects, collaborative partnerships and capacity building projects.
At a local level, USMA has organized a real cluster, creating a wide ranging network and bringing together different public and private subjects, active in youth services, who collaborate within the cluster, and share problems, solutions, initiatives and resources.
USMA has signed a memorandum of understanding with AICCRE, the national office of the Council of European Municipalities and Regions which allows it to share projects, initiatives, proposals, and to offer operational support to the activities of this organization.
